  More of your lies about Apple starting patent wars. You simply made that up. Apple *reacted* to plagiarism, and you accuse them of starting a war. Your claim is an out and out lie. To say Apple "made enemies" by reacting to having their work plagiarized is just silly. Plagiarism is wrong. Why not just admit to this? Maybe the fact you cannot has something to do with your claimed degrees... you would not have any moral problem with plagiarizing all the work "you" did... if you got caught and your school reacted they would be "starting a war". Just insane.
  
  As far as the German decision against Apple, it has already blocked the ban. We shall see how it goes in the long run.

  Surely you mean more of your (and Apple's) lies. Clearly Apple has started all of this legal mess. Ironically, the mentally deranged Steve Jobs is the one who is truly guilty of plagiarism. And any sane person realizes Apple can't compete with non-existent innovation, thus must litigate to survive. It’s obvious!

Please explain this: How come Samsung was selling a tablet computer in 2006 which played music, videos, and pictures (aka iPod) that predates the introduction of the original iPhone in 2007, or original iPad in 2010? Yet the very same looking iPad2 in 2011 is supposedly the original?

  Regardless, just because Jobs said something, does not make it true, real, or legal. However, when a court of law of legal jurisdiction in Australia, Germany, Netherlands and the USA say there is no plagiarism, that becomes the legal and only truth. Not what your deity says.

  How is *reacting* to plagiarism an act of "starting" something? This is the claim that is made over and over and over on this site, but it is idiotic. Now I can see where you might say you disagree with Apple's (and, often, the court's) view of what is being plagiarized (though the courts handle the question of plagiarism poorly). But to just ignore the whole issue is dishonest.

  To say I have a higher moral high ground than Roy and his followers is comparable to saying I smell better than dog poo. So, sure, I am at the higher moral ground but that is hardly an egotistical statement!

  You claimed this is a "verifiable fact" that his claim was inaccurate. But the evidence backs his claims - at least in terms of Samsung devices.

While I have seen evidence of Android's plagiarism with my own eyes, I have no evidence as direct and powerful as that to show you - and so I acknowledge you can potentially make a counter to the claim.   Deity? Something being true because Jobs said it? More emotional reactions from you that have nothing to do with the discussion. Your emotional reactions are not of interest to me. As far as plagiarism, the courts have not even looked at that question - they have looked at specific patents (and often sided with Apple).

  Jobs had elements of both. He certainly lead to massive innovation and changed the world, but he was also clearly a very, very flawed person.
