Bonum Certa Men Certa

You're Only Proving Our Point, Sir

Earlier today:

The founder of the OSI no longer supports the OSI. Instead, go check out PostOpen.org. To quote: 'Preserve software freedom for individuals and small business, the folks we really should be helping, rather than the richest corporations in the world. Provide individuals and small business the right to use, redistribute, and modify, and to get paid for their modifications!; publish all source code.'

8 hours ago: (clearly obsessed with what we write and still hating Bruce Perens' guts for over 15 years!)

Finally looking at Bruce Perens' 'Post Open' licensing drafts and good heavens it's even worse than GPLv3 in terms of focusing on the perceived threats du jour

4 years ago:

My personal experience with prejudice comes from how I was treated as a neurologically handicapped child. But I am also subject to ageism, and most bigots do not consider me to be “white” because of my ethnic Jewish origin.

A decade ago: (all this stuff is public and freely accessible to all)

I want the place next door to actually be called Jews Plus

Now he's spending about 30,000 pounds (so far, by some estimates) to sue Rianne, my wife. What Rianne did was, she spent many days studying his past public behaviour (Techrights IRC, Twitter, other social control media), essentially showing what he was doing out there, as he had been doing this to me for over a decade, looking to craft some misleading narrative and paint me as a monster in public. Then he and his buddies started viciously attacking Rianne, motivating her to write about the abuse she had been subjected to (and reported several times to the police).

The person above, "MJG", is engaging in SLAPP. He's no friend of women, he's a sick creep who tries to make girls cry.

He disliked what she published about him because it is embarrassing to him, then he tried to hypocritically leverage "GDPR" - though I'm sure there is a technical or legal term to accurately describe why he's just overly misusing this law to censor (in vain) unflattering articles.

What about his own misuses of privacy and even unlawful takeover of other people's devices (he publicly boasted about that)?
