What "not a trusted one" means is, the CA is not part of the cartel which Microsoft, Google, Apple, and Mozilla (among others) promote as the ground truth of "trust", even if nothing was done to earn that trust. It's a bit like "total trust", not their buzzword "zero-trust"; a lot of certificates get granted by this cartel to malware domains. It's neither about security nor about authenticity; it's about this cartel being in charge of everything. █
