Debian's Human Rights violations & Swiss women Nazi symbolism
Reprinted with permission from Daniel Pocock.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was created as a response to the evils of fascism in Europe.
In recent blogs, we've looked at the way the Nazis plagiarised the work of Jewish authors. We have similarities today in Debian and other projects obfuscating the names of developers.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights sought to prevent this type of dishonest behavior with Article 27. Article 27 concerns intellectual property and it is interrelated with many national laws about copyright and authorship. It contains two paragraphs.
The Swiss Intellectual Property Office has already told us that the forged Debian legal documents are invalid. Even more disturbing, we can show that these documents directly contradict Article 27 UDHR:
UDHR Article 27(1): Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
Debianists and racist Swiss women: En 2018, il a été exclu ... (In 2018, he was excluded ...)
UDHR Article 27(2): Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Debianists and racist Swiss women: Il est un ancien développeur (he is a "former" developer, which is a nonsense, as copyright is enduring even after death)
Suggesting that developers and copyright can be extinguished by force is a direct violation of Article 27. A developer can sell their copyright but it can't be taken from us by a racist Swiss woman.
Let's not forget, one of the dates on that invalid document was 10 November, the day of the Kristallnacht, the giant pogrom that started the Holocaust.
Swiss law on Nazi symbolism
Switzerland is currently contemplating new laws to restrict Nazi salutes, Swastikas and other symbols such as Debian's Kristallnacht celebration.
In 2023, I briefly visited the Polymanga festival at Montreux. People make a tremendous effort to dress up for the festival.
Some of the participants are photographed with the panorama of lake Geneva and the French mountains in the background:
A young Swiss woman in costume went down to the lake and lifted her arm. Is it a Nazi salute? There is a clue on her arm, the Swastika. This is the full size photo so we can zoom in to check.
The north side of the lake is Swiss territory and the south side of the lake is French territory. Standing at the edge of the lake, the woman is projecting fascist symbolism across the border.
Financial audits showed that over $120,000 from Debian bank accounts went to lawyerists. We can see that several women were involved in creating the racist attack, including Caroline Kuhnlein-Hofmann and Melanie Bron in Vaud and Pascale Köster and Albane die Ziegler at Walder Wyss in Zurich. In return, they are trashing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 27) and they are conspiring on the anniversary of the Kristallnacht. It makes the Swastika tattoo look tame in comparison. █
