I made this banner for OTRS. It was never used.
I made this banner for Icinga. It was never adopted. So why bother?
Summary: Sirius ‘Open Source’ does not appreciate contributions from people outside the 'inner clique' (management and family friends); if they're not in that inner circle, they're being kept down, or outside the circle (colleagues of mine experienced the same thing; examples will be shown later); in 2022 staff was consulted for ideas and all ideas were turned down, rejected without reason
Similarly, in the
EPO managers have occasional meetings with staff just to be able to claim that they met with staff (even if all suggestions from staff are ignored, or basically turned down). What's the point having meetings where you're unwilling to listen or adopt suggestions? What would the impact on morale and trust be?
