Qatar map

Qatar is a rich country (well, oil-rich; the wealth is not well distributed) and these numbers from statCounter suggest that its operating system preferences are changing. Here's the chart from this ODF file:

Add Android to the mix and Windows is down from 97% to 18.6%. Windows is no longer an important contender there. █
