Not Just Slow News But Also Late News (Julian Assange Landing in Thailand)
WITH half this year nearly gone (or over) already, let's examine what's to come, seeing that we're once again having a "most productive week ever" in terms like number of new pages (owing primarily to very slow news or information vacuum).
We expect any real news about Julian Assange to stop. Anything remaining (that we saw) is repetition or mostly worthless opinion (worthless because it adds nothing new). An actual interview with Assange - the first such interview in more than half a decade - would be interesting. It's probably inevitable; just a matter of time... (they need time)
Speaking of slow news, how about late news? Earlier today, or 4-5 days "late", AP suddenly released footage of Assange arriving in Bangkok, in transit, and more here, as well as takeoff to Saipan. Why did AP take so long (nearly a week) to release these? █
