At IBM, Relocation Means Layoffs (Downsizing)
Silent or 'invisible' layoffs?
This new thread is reminiscent of prior ones we saw earlier this year regarding other southern states.
While many would deem the above "unverified hearsay", there are prior incidents and lingering trends that lend great legitimacy to this potent rumour.
If IBM moves people out of Texas (or has them replaced by people on visas), or even if the migration is from one building/complex to another (likely smaller one), then the writings are on the wall. IBM is 'nip-tucking'.
