The other day we celebrated Rianne's birthday and things have gone smoothly since then, in spite of efforts to ruin our vacation because of a miserable failure.
The three Americans have an issue with themselves (and their families, as last month's 'leaks' show), one of them [1, 2] seems to have had a "man-crush" on me (was open about it), and we choose to move on with our lives and do what we do best: cover and curate news.
We are sure they'll continue to annoy us like a man rejected repeatedly by a woman (like they were, repeatedly). They will even borrow money to pay people in London to annoy us during holidays. We shall be taking notes and keep documentation, as we have a decade more to cover this. The more aggressive they become, the worse the publicity they will receive (inevitably). Sooner or later they'll understand this and draw conclusions. Mishcon eventually learned. We don't live in America or Turkey. We don't have a Sultan and the King does not shut down publishers that criticise him. Efforts to do so would be severely criticised and ultimately impeded. █
