Novell's value declines by more than 12%
It has only been weeks since Novell's market cap fell below the $2 billion mark. Novell is still in a freefall, which makes one wonder how long it may take before Microsoft just 'buys out' that WordPerfect lawsuit.
Based on Novell's shape in the financial market, it's hard to deny that Novell is still a dying company and Novell is
clearly concerned. Surely enough, some people will point out the general weakness of the market, caused mainly by greed and fraud. It's no excuse though because Novell may be an integral part of this problem with
past allegations of fraud.
