  You mean the host, right?
  
  But Microsoft does go after hosts who give room to Microsoft-critical content. This is well documented.
  
  I also had Microsoft shills harassing my ISPs several times (even weeks ago). They try to take me offline.

  You maybe should consider a strategy for moving your server or have back-up sites in other places of the world in case MS or one of their representants are going after you. Setting up and preparing a second machine outside US and EU legislation might make sense. Once you got a cease and desist order, it might be too late.
  
  Sooner or later the grey MS gargoyles (lawyers, I mean :-), remember the Simpsons sequel where Burns shows up with 6 lawyers at Homers house? :-) ) might try to harrass you, so it makes sense to have a strategy for that case, IMHO.
  
  Maybe daily WP-Backups that are uploaded to a public place or mailing list so everybody with a WP installation can quickly mirror you if necessary?
  
  I am using WP Database Backup, a nice plugin that does automatic backups and could do exactly this.
