Speaking of proxies, the growth of Black Duck troubles us because it tries to tell us how to use and select FOSS despite being a proprietary company with Microsoft roots. Strangely, the release (embedded in full after the break) mentions that Bill will be leading HP's "cloud and webOS open source initiatives," but it fails to elaborate on what exactly those "initiatives" may be.
