According to one report, he remains under obligations to M$, '"I also agree not to disparage or to induce or encourage others to disparage Microsoft or its officers or directors," the agreement read.' That prevents him from ever really leaving and makes it just that much harder to document the evilness going on behind the scenes in Redmond. He was there for over a decade and if he had any ethics would not have started there in the first place let alone stay after he found out what it was like.

  They did the same with Liddell, the previous CFO. They are hiding something. They pay millions to keep the departing CFOs quiet.
