La EPO no es realmente Europea (firmas de los EE.UU se apoya en ella), así que no debería ser impensabel que ese país la analize

Sumario: Los Estados Unidos toman más y más acciones contra la WIPO por abusos contra los trabajadores, pero €¿porqué no contra la Oficina Europea de Patentes (EPO) también?

TEMPRANO este año menciónamos un escrutinio Federal de los EE.UU contra la WIPO. €¿Aunque porqué ir tán lejos hasta la WIPO?

El hecho crucial a tener en cuenta es que ambos Gurry y Battistelli (notorios dos sociópatas santurrones) compitieron por el mismo puesto de la WIPO. Los miembros del Congreso de Estados Unidos debe investigar los abusos de EPO (que no es un organismo Europeo sino Internacional), pero en cambio, en vez de ir contra la WIPO ([1] a continuación). La principal diferencia es que la EPO emplea a los ciudadanos europeos, mientras que la WIPO emplea habitualmente (y abusa) ciudadanos de Estados Unidos, entre otros. Siéndo sus ciudadanos parece intersárse más pero los ciudadanos Europeos NO, ya que sólo se sirve de la EPO para implantar su diseñada UPC para que sus cabilderos de la Sagrada Familia se salgan con la suya a expensas de las PYMEs Europeas y por ende muchas familias Europeas.

Mientras tando hay un evento de la WIPO en Geneva (Europa) y se espera una promoción de las patentes de software, comoBenjamin Henrion notó ayer (Battistelli y sus máximalistas de la EPO seguramente aprobaran este movimiénto).

El Director General de la WIPO Francis Gurry fué investigado después que cargos fuesen levantados por un director diputad del que de manera acosadora obligado a someter muestras de ADN de varios empleados sin su consentimiénto, y que impropiámente influenció un contrato de la WIPO para moverlo a favor de un empresario particular. Los miembros del Congreso dicen que Gurry se está “comprometiéndo en un esfuerzo cabildero para prevenir que salga a luz un reporte que ya ha sido redactado o hacer que este sea fuertemente redactado.” Redactado significa que varias secciónes sean borradas o modificadas.
