Microsoft's Non-Disparagement Agreements/Clauses: Can't See, Hear, or Speak

Rhesus Monkeys Watching

THE Non-Disparagement Agreements (the other NDAs) or clauses seem to have gagged several victims of Microsoft security breaches this year. We wrote about this before, but we await a 'smoking gun', maybe in the form of a FOIA response.

In the past we showed how Microsoft kept its CFOs super-private rather than public about the ongoing financial misconduct. Isn't a bribe to keep people quiet about crime quite a serious crime in its own right?

One way Microsoft controls the media and misleads the masses is Non-Disparagement Agreements, wherein people are not permitted to speak about things they simply know and ought not be a secret. Threats of taking away one's pension or similar blackmail tactics likely aren't legal in the majority of the world but Microsoft keeps those Non-Disparagement Agreements secret or unchallenged (in court). They'd rather settle such a case out of court than be in a position wherein 100,000+ former Microsoft staff can speak openly about Microsoft without immediate consequences.

For the world to better understand just how criminal and evil Microsoft truly is, we'll need to start by challenging the Non-Disparagement Agreements (or Clauses in various agreements, not only with staff but also clients and partners). Those are not compatible with a democratic, transparent society and they're routinely (ab)used to hide crimes.

Who's watching Microsoft? Where was the IRS for over 2 decades and what about other financial crimes?
