Staying the Course
Today is the first day of Week 40 in the new site and this is the 40th page for today - an all-time record. Despite the provocation and intimidation and in spite of hour spent outdoors (hiking and running, bike work etc.) today was a productive day and we hope the rest of the week will be just as productive. It's possible to get lots done even with computer breaks, time outside, and socialising. The main challenge is finding original topics to cover.
We've fortified the site in the face of DDoS attacks and various SLAPP attacks. We have fruitful plans for a long time to come [1, 2, 3, 4].
Being a site - and Gemini capsule - that has broad reach and does not depend (in any way) on third parties like Social Control Media makes us an attractive target, but censorship isn't easy against sites that understand ways to resist it. █
