Difficult to Tell How Many People in North Korea Use GNU/Linux
It seems unlikely that whatever they use will guard users' privacy
Data regarding Web usage from North Korea is too scarce due to heavy blocking/firewalling, but even though it fluctuates all over the place this month it says 8% for GNU/Linux.
North Korea has this thing called "Red Star OS" (not Estrella Roja, formerly "Red Star GNU/Linux"), which is 26 years old and still actively developed
How many people use this?
Who uses it?
The military perhaps (like in Turkey)?
It's hard to tell and also hard to find information about it, at least in the public domain. █
