Accomplishments of Our Community

Why I enjoy writing in Techrights
The Techrights community is large and growing. There are many of us involved (volunteers) and I deem myself the editor, which doesn't mean I have the last word (there are vetoes sometimes).
When Techrights was young but not new I wrote for a publisher called "Datamation" (pretty much defunct this year) and there were attempts to water down my speech there, as well as choose or "assign" topics. I didn't enjoy that part of it. Imagine writing things you know to be 100% true or things you believe in (opinions) only for an editor to change or cull them. When I saw that as an insider in that "industry" I promised to never do this to other people, so when we republish things here we leave everything intact, even what might not be so convenient.
At the current publication pace, as noted the other day, we can add 8,000 articles/pages in 2026 and continue similarly next year. The Techrights community helps keep some chores or all sorts of nuisance out of the way; this way we can focus on producing what matters most and warrants our full attention.
The Techrights community will celebrate 20 years later this year. We are increasingly productive and we receive broader recognition. Some associates improve the platforms and others keep Internet trolls (hellbent on vandalism) out. █
