The title is not a joke! You know the employer is in serious trouble when the CEO says very irrational things (and not as a joke).
Summary: Some months ago the CEO of Sirius ‘Open Source’ said that members of staff were free to apply for the "CEO" post, but the CEO himself would decide whether to give his job to someone else, so it was a foolish proposition, farcical at best (this was becoming typical in an increasingly dishonest organisation)
