SIRIUS CORPORATION (Company Number 03633198), Which Committed Fraud, Down to One Person and Subsidiary With Massive Debt
Trying to bury the company (liability) and dodge accountability for the crimes
The company which once bragged about being leader in Free software or Open Source in the UK robbed its staff, innocent men and women who were silently subjected to pension fraud. "Abandoned years ago," as noted below, was an actual office. The fake "founder" ran away to another country, left the accountants' address as the fake address of the company (I confronted the CEO about this over the telephone roughly a month before I resigned; it was a very long call) and it is completely chaotic, as the company that turned 25 last year has long been defunct but it spawned a pair of new shells to cheat "the debt game".
A couple of weeks ago it made available the following, based on a finalised document dated just shortly before Christmas day (around the time staff that had been defrauded was unionising to take legal action against the company).
The bottom line is, this company is basically "deprecated" now and it's only a bunch of deficits. "SIRIUS CORPORATION" is the official name of the company that committed fraud, set aside the shell created with staff getting tricked, under pressure and implicit threats, to sign a new contract in an illegal fashion (no copies given, no notice or clarification prior to signing).
"SIRIUS CORPORATION" is a criminal entity, gaming the system in an effort to skirt the law or to break the law without anyone ending up in prison, even if caught and prosecuted (extradition would likely be required). We're not done with this; we'll get back to it later (but early) this year because a couple of people still need to be arrested for what they did to many people. Not just yours truly wants them to be held accountable; heck, every British person with a pension should be deeply worried about what happened and complicity from within the system (facilitating and hiding the fraud). █
