Year 2 of New Techrights

With only a few hours remaining till the end of the first day of the new year of the new site, let's take a quick look back at an excellent and productive year:

1. This year we posted the most articles ever (in this site's history, going back to 2006)
2. Our IRC network broke several records
3. We successfully thwarted or avoided almost every DDoS attack
4. No sources (whistleblowers/leakers) got compromised, i.e. the usual
5. No articles got removed, i.e. the usual (100% no censorship record)
6. We received recognition from some high-profile and mainstream sites (despite being "different")
7. The site's speed improved about tenfold (depends on the requester's location)

   There may be more, but that's probably it for now. On we go with "Year 2" of the new Techrights. █
