Halloween, All Saints Day & Swiss citizenship

I first went to Switzerland in August 2006. My first photo in Switzerland was taken in Lausanne with Lake Geneva and the French alps behind me. At the time this was taken, I did not realize I would eventually have the task of draining the swamp.

The Swiss citizenship ceremony was on 1 November.

Coincidentally, that is the day after Halloween. Halloween's real meaning is the eve of All Saints Day in many Christian religions, including those religions that are prominent in Switzerland. The Vatican gives us some notes about the origins of the Solemnity of All Saints:

Already by the end of the 2nd century, there is evidence that the saints were already being venerated. First, the holy martyrs, who were soon joined by the apostles, the official witnesses of the faith. After the great persecutions under Imperial Rome, other men and women who had lived heroic Christian lives gradually became the object of veneration as well. The first non-martyr to be venerated as a saint was Martin of Tours. Toward the end of the year 1000, due to the uncontrolled development of "saint making" and the "purchase" of relics, a process for canonization was developed which required evidence of miracles.

Some people have come to regard the Swiss passport as a small miracle. Some said it is a big miracle. It measures 125 x 85 millimeters. The Swiss flag, however, is one of only two national flags that is officially square. The other is that of the Vatican state.

People notice the same "saint making" phenomena in awkward groups like Debian and GNOME, where people who are not authors of the software are given elaborate titles and keynote speaking opportunities ahead of real Debian Developers like Dr Norbert Preining and I.

Nonetheless, the key point is that All Saints Day began with the martyrs. Or did it?

People ask how I can be Australian, Irish and Swiss all at the same time. In fact, we can show how they are related very easily.

On 3 August, the application for citizenship gained its final approval by the Swiss Confederation in Bern.

On 19 September the Swiss financial regulator FINMA belatedly published a document about the poor behavior of Parreaux, Thiebaud & Partners, a Swiss legal insurance and law office. FINMA redacted the name of the insurance company, the names of the jurists and even the dates, frustrating attempts by the 20,000 clients to find out where our money went in Geneva.

On 28 September the Canton of Vaud sent me the invitation to a citizenship ceremony scheduled for 1 November.

At the time, community efforts to investigate and fact-check the bad faith legal insurance and jurist scandal were well under way.

On 7 October I published my first blog about the JuristGate scandal. As I fact-checked all the details, I became concerned that there may be miscarriages of justice, innocent clients who have lost legal disputes, lost their business or suffered a loss of confidential information and subsequently committed suicide.

Shortly after I published the blog, somebody asked me if the Swiss jurists came with their guns.

Switzerland, guns, shooting

Software in the Public Interest, Inc filed their tax return showing they spent over $120,00 on legal fees to hurt my family and I. I published a detailed breakdown of those expenditures in a table. Rather than having me arrested, molested or shot, the award of Swiss citizenship confirms that their vendettas are totally disconnected with reality and a huge waste of money. Is that really a non-profit organization or is it a slush fund for big tech to attack independent experts who spoke up for human rights online?

Software in the public interest, legal expenses, vendettas

I subsequently started the bi-lingual JuristGate web site where more details will appear as I have time and motivation. Draining the swamp is hard work, Lake Geneva has a depth of 310 meters.

JuristGate

While thinking about those suicides and the FINMA cover up, I couldn't help thinking about how Debian had covered up the confirmed case of a Debian Day suicide and the cause of death in the case of Adrian von Bidder, who died in Switzerland on our wedding day.

With the eventual death tolls of JuristGate and Debianism on my mind, the Swiss citizenship ceremony, on the day after Halloween, couldn't have been a more grim occasion for me. The harm that Swiss racism has done to black cats, the harm that Swiss corruption has done to my family and so many other families, the potential for even more suicides, were the predominant things on my mind as I took the Swiss citizenship oath.

A few days later on 6 November, thinking about the death of Abraham Raji, I canceled the Debian trademark registration in Switzerland.

9 November is my birthday and that was the day the new Swiss passport was delivered. Switzerland seems to produce passports much faster than Australia or Ireland.

Coincidentally, 9 November was also the Kristallnacht, the giant pogrom that kickstarted the Holocaust.

The falsified accusations and insults being distributed on the Debian web site contain different dates in them. On the first page it refers to 10 November and on the last page they wrote 27 November. Discrepencies like that are often tell-tale signs of a forgery. That would be nothing new for Debian, I previously exposed how these dishonest people falsified harassment claims against another Google critic, Dr Jacob Appelbaum. Forgeries, falsehoods and targetting of Google critics is part of a very predictable pattern for Debian cyberbullies and their social media rent-a-mob.

Nonetheless, the Kristallnacht morning-after, 10 November, is the date the Jewish business owners woke up to find their shops and factories had been trashed by the Nazis. Now we can see that the Open Source Developer Freedoms are officially in liquidation. The people celebrating that are closer to the spirit of Hitler than to the spirit of those who started the free software movement. Dr Richard Stallman and several other key figures are of Jewish origin. It is telling that some of the nazi flag bearers creating documents like that have used this same date, the day after my birthday, the hangover of the Kristallnacht, to try and trash my life. Hitler may be dead but his spirit lives on in the incurably racist Swiss women like Pascale Koester who attack unpaid volunteers with their unholy cocktail of false accusations and girlish gossip.

Debian, Kristallnacht

People who read the real history of Debian come to realize that it is not about my own conduct or skill as a Debian Developer. The long history of suicides and public humiliations prove the problems originate at the core of this group and it has always been that way. They use the racist jurists to cover that up.

While the Holocaust was a thing of the Nazis and Debian's current leader, the German Andreas Tille, was elected on Hitler's birthday, Halloween can be traced back to both Christian rituals and even before that An Samhain, an Irish pagan ritual to mark the beginning of winter.

There you have it. An Irish-Australian information security expert exposing Swiss corruption almost in the same breath as taking the oath of Swiss citizenship on the day of the martyrs, which was itself modeled on an Irish pagan ritual. So I may be Swiss and Australian but I'm no less Irish.

Happy Halloween.
