Rust Outsources its Financing (or Financial Control) to Microsoft

Rust increasingly looks like somewhat of a Microsoft/GAFAM attack vector. It is mostly an attack on the GPL and on GNU. Consider this, as a starter:

Microsoft like Canonical

Microsoft sticking its own copyrights on software made by Rust fanatics while Microsoft Canonical tries to replace GNU with broken, inferior imitations made in Rust.

This is classic E.E.E.

Now... the WSL "story" changes again.

Microsoft: let's trash Linux with slop, pretend Linux is "Windows" (WSL), then grab GNU-like coreutils (bad imitations with the reciprocal licence wiped off) and when Linux is drowning in slop(ware) we'll promote Windows.

Bonus: Earlier this week the Rust Programming Language Blog openly announced that Rust had outsourced its financing to Microsoft.
