Call for IBM Whistleblowers
We would protect anonymity
Whistleblowers from IBM have long come to us, as did Red Hat whistleblowers (we recall several important ones prior to 2010, offering us rather major 'scoops').
At the moment IBM is in a very precarious position and the CEO might "resign" or "retire" by year's end (it's unlikely they will publicly sack him because it can cause panic, they want to save face). The CEO is in control of the Board, but that does not mean he has a majority there and there are more complaints from shareholders, including formal investigations into securities fraud. It'll leave board members bashful and uncomfortable, perhaps some will silently step down to be "replaced" (while communicating the matter carefully).
If you work for IBM and have something material (like balance sheets) to prove financial misconduct, please try to 'touch base' and establish a secure communication channel we can both use. Whistleblowers change the world; the risks they take make the world a better place, except for crooks. █
