Summarising what we have left from the SCO case, Mark says:

"Novell isn't likely to collect much scratch out of this. It's unlikely SCO will have anything left, once it pays off its attorneys -- the only true winners in this case."

It is the same situation with patents. If there is anything to learn from the SCO fiaSCO it is that only lawyers win in cases where the system is heavily abused. It's time for a reform, truly. ⬆
