Naming and Shaming 'Captured' Publications That Knowingly and Intentionally Published Fake News About the EU's Unified Patent Court So Far This Week

Summary: The lies of Team UPC went too far and even mouthpieces of EPO management are seemingly dissenting now, refusing to accept the latest "official" lies (which Team UPC is plastering all over headlines in sites under its control, or the "captured" media)

THE "fake news" extravaganza has not yet ended. We wrote more than we had planned about this subject [1, 2] and even today, as recently as hours ago, they still disseminate their lies in yet more sites (now it's Mondaq). To name and shame the liars from Mayer Brown, their names are "Christoph J. Crützen (Frankfurt am Main), Benjamin Beck (Frankfurt am Main), Maximilian Kücking (Frankfurt am Main) and Dr. Ulrich Worm (Frankfurt am Main)" (people who lie to your face because of their financial agenda).

"It's patently untrue that Germany ratified the UPCA and it's extremely improbable that there will be unitary patents next summer."This is even worse than the torrent of lies that the EPO publishes in its Web site. Benoît Battistelli and António Campinos never falsely claimed that Germany had ratified. It's patently untrue that Germany ratified the UPCA and it's extremely improbable that there will be unitary patents next summer.

"The funny thing is that even a propaganda mill of Team UPC is reluctant to go ahead with this lie..."The video above speaks about the "Law Society of Ireland Gazette" publishing something entitled "Judges to be hired as unified patent court kicks off in mid-'22"; this headline was later (today) changed to "EU's Unified Patent Court to kick off in mid-2022" and it is basically a false statement like many we saw in past years. The funny thing is that even a propaganda mill of Team UPC is reluctant to go ahead with this lie, as per this post from several hours ago.
