Consumerism is Lying and Revisionism
THE latest round of Daily Links is out, with the lion's share of GNU/Linux-related news having been posted in Tux Machines.
One noteworthy thing is, GNU has been getting more attention, partly owing to the anniversary and Richard Stallman's condition (or public appearance). His right-hand man recently wrote about how he had been mistreated and this past week he complained about the Code of Censorship landing in GNU again (we can relate).
It seems like the "big business" cabal has gradually chipped away or eroded the sense of community based around sharing and collaboration. People's brains are being systematically corroded by lies and delusions like Jim Zemlin's (the post-community Slashdot copies these lies verbatim as a headline).
We need to reject these liars and charlatans. They try to divide and hurt us. █
