Please Help Us Help You (and Inform Society)

"Last call" to help us pay the server bill. :-)

It is our most substantial expense, as my salary is basically 0. It's also my birthday tomorrow, so please consider that a "treat". :-)

When the winds of change blow ancient chinese proverbNext week we pay for the hosting. We pay for a year upfront. As mentioned before, it's not cheap and readers can chip in. I've no source of income anymore and I do this site like a full-time 'job'. Here is the page in which to donate. I apologise for PayPal being the main option at this time; we can arrange for other methods, in which case contact me in IRC and I can send bank details (my authenticated nickname is "schestowitz"). I do not wish to rely on the 'goodwill' or 'mercy' of Patreon... or any of those increasingly censorious third parties. Banks are more legally accountable. The least middlemen is banking (only one middleman).

Several readers generously donated this past week and we thank them a great deal. Their donation will help cover the cost of feeding me (I honestly don't spend much on food) and I hope to make many more videos next year - definitely more than this year. I aim for about a dozen new articles/pages per day and I work on the site over 100 hours per week, every week. I chose to do this site because it's a lot more important (to society) than things I did in the past. If you appreciate what we do or have done, consider helping me carry on. I try to focus on issues that I understand reasonably well. I also give a voice to suppressed messengers - sometimes at great risk to myself and loved ones, including my wife (she suffered abuse from bullies who maliciously targeted her because of my journalism/activism).

Misogynists won't be tolerated here. Never!

The invoice transparency below does not and won't help those who try to silence us. It should be noted that this bill includes our Git server, IRC server, and several other things. We need this server. We'll use this server to serve you.
