Leaked EPO Publication: A Recent Presentation From the Local Staff Committee Munich (LSCMN) Shows Justice System Has Effectively Died
The EPO is currently governed by an aggressive mob wearing suits and lying about credentials, facts, and laws. Aside from questionable Rules of Procedure and illegal, unconstitutional kangaroo courts for patents there is a controversial (stacked) internal and external tribunal.
The Local Staff Committee Munich, Haar & Brussels at the EPO, going by the abbreviation "LSCMN", gave a presentation at the end of last month. It covered how Benoît Battistelli relied on a flawed (or non-functional) "legal" system and how Battistelli's friend and accomplice, António Campinos, was eager to cover it all up - even to the point of giving millions of euros to lawyers whose sole activity would be "lawyering up" the staff.
