Latest Status of Site Archives (Static Pages)
THE article listings are reaching a near-final form, thanks in part to feedback received from readers over IRC (details here) and E-mail 'tennis'. This will not only help readers but also authors who look for older articles of theirs. Tux Machines had almost 50 new pages yesterday (also lots of traffic). IRC remains very busy, vibrant, and troll-free. We want to keep it that way.
This coming summer we aren't planning to travel much (maybe a few trips up north), so pace of publication ought to remain high and stable. Tux Machines has a party next month (20th birthday) and Phoronix turns 20 around the same time, maybe a week or two earlier.
The past year has been gratifying and if we're to judge the state of things based on statCounter, then it was a great year for GNU/Linux adoption. █
