The United States' Indictment Against Technomind Info Solutions (Said to be Connected to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella)

posted by Roy Schestowitz on Nov 10, 2023

Multiple India-based call centers and their directors indicted for perpetuating phone scams affecting thousands of Americans

THE news may seem 'slow', but corruption still goes on, often unreported or unannounced to the general public (or only mentioned in "tweets", not proper statements like the above from justice.gov). A few days ago we started a new series about Satya Nadella and Technomind Info Solutions, dropping some hints about what's to come. Technomind Info Solutions (founded 2012) is definitely run now by Rajiv Solanki, but who ran it before? We'll come to this later in this series.

In 2022, or just about a year ago, "Rajiv Solanki and Technomind Info Solutions" were indicted for their crimes by the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Georgia, as per justice.gov ("Updated November 28, 2022" and filed under "Financial Fraud"). To quote: "As part of the loan scam, India-based callers mislead American consumers into believing that the callers work for lending institutions and that the victims are eligible for fictitious loans. The India–based callers direct the victims to pay upfront fees to demonstrate their ability to repay the loan. At times, the callers direct victims to provide their bank account information and make it appear as though they had deposited funds into the victims’ accounts. The callers then tell the victims to withdraw the funds and transfer them via wire transfer and gift cards. After the victims send the funds, the deposits that the callers supposedly made bounce. The victims receive nothing in return."

There is a Microsoft connection and will show it some time in the future as we still get this one validated in some diverse and independent ways. We shall also report what we do know or are told by those impacted without deducing anything baselessly. There are whistleblowers.

The short story is, years before becoming Microsoft's CEO it seems like Nadella had a business 'on the side' (perhaps as a fallback) over in distant India, which he had immigrated from. Based on our findings, the company does exist and is connected to him (arrests are soon to be made too if the US victims get their way).

Microsoft allegedly tries extremely hard to hide this scandal. If true, Nadella might have to step down like Nat Friedman and then 'face the music'. Or maybe his handler can help him acquire immunity?
