In Israel, Windows falls below 20% whilst Android soars:

GNU/Linux ("proper") rose to 4%:

Same in France, GNU/Linux rose to 4%.

In Germany, Android leaps past Windows:

GNU/Linux is approaching 6% on desktops/laptops and a further 1-2% if one also counts Chromebooks:
