Message to all patent trolls out there that care about justice:
Turn your heavy ammunition upon Monopolysoft’s bank account and patent violations.
Vast sums of money made from the lawsuits can be invested or donated to charitable causes if rightful guilt over leveraging the patent system will keep you from enjoy very much of it.
Anyone want to start up TrollMonopolysoft.org?
or TrollPatentAbusers.org?

Someone from the FFII had a similar plan.

Get commitments for a federation of trolls (rather than an OIN setup which relies mainly on large “generous” donors). This can be an informal commitment. We can just have bloggers blog and keep tally and maybe even make fake wagers. Observers can assign teams and points. Some can maintain a list of potentially useful charities (ie, patent money donations can actually be used to research the more helpful charities, when everything they do is considered (watch out for the B&M Foundry)). This list of charities can serve as motivation for trolls to get more patents and sue predominantly the companies most supporting the patent system. In fact, trolls decide themselves how to approach the matter. We just keep (karma) score — get a patent and use it to save your soul.

The above Trollhood and Sherwood Forest Project would be a parallel project to other efforts to sack this broken patent system.
[Warning: do not try to use "Mickey Mouse and Sherwood Forest Project" because you will be sued beyond your means.]

Sounds like a plan.

We can build a theme park
OK, seriously, we can develop a theme here. Incorporate it into wallpaper, foss games, etc. Develop the storyline. Do competitions. Build the e-brand in all ways possible.
And also tie it into copyright reform. This should lure in more participants since many more can relate to copyrights issues instead of just (sw) patent issues.

Doesn’t the EFF cover this?
