THE EPO’s “official” survey of staff is like a yellow union. It’s designed to make Office affairs seem healthier than they really are.
Not so surprisingly, a survey about the Office not controlled by the Office (looking to embellish its own image) is being conducted [PDF]. It’s opened up to people who aren’t members of the union and it typically shows incredibly low trust rates for management (like 3% for Campinos; it’ll probably be 0% this time around).

Looking at the front page of EPO.org, the management today promotes (warning: epo.org link) the shoddy exam that caused a lot of fury last year and was abused by EPO management. They defraud their own system. Not a single word about the strike. The staff survey will help convey the true sentiment of staff and derail the dictator. The EPO needs a radical change or a shift towards what it used to be. Over a decade of deliberate, systematic violations of the EPC have rendered the EPO an outlaw institution. █
