Bringing Teams Together (BTT) at the European Patent Office Loathed by the Staff, Based on Internal Survey

Summary: The staff representatives at the EPO have issued "quantitative analysis of the impact of BTT in terms of time and costs." It looks like an attempt to sabotage the EPO. The high-level managers are the saboteurs.

THE Local Staff Committee of Munich and Brussels (LSCMN) of the European Patent Office (EPO) has released this second part of a publication about BTT -- a notorious programme whose net effect is wrecking teams and causing workers to resign. Maybe that was the very intention of it.

"Dear colleagues," said LSCMN. "In response to our call for feedback “Has BTT improved your life in the Office?” we received over 100 detailed E-mails. In this first publication we provided an overview of the issues you reported to us. In this second publication, we present our numerical analysis of the survey results. It includes an attempt of a quantitative analysis of the impact of BTT in terms of time and costs."

"Who benefits? The litigation firms. The same forces that lobbied to replace real, constitutional, legitimate patent courts with a kangaroo court run by its very own Putin."The text which analyses this feedback is shown and discussed in the video. There are also many visual figures.

If Benoît Battistelli and António Campinos plan to just demolish and outsource the EPO, then "well done". If the intention is to grant millions of illegal patents (including European software patents), then "congratulations"!

Who benefits? The litigation firms. The same forces that lobbied to replace real, constitutional, legitimate patent courts with a kangaroo court run by its very own Putin.
