I’m not sure if out-of-commission PCs mean more traffic (and SPAM) for the rest because of junk traffic… this elevates maintenance costs either way, and everyone’s paying for it. |

Yes. But I care more about my freedom than the total freedom of the OS in general. As long as I have a copy under the BSD license it will always be free. I’m not so concerned about a particular fork. |
