14,000 Pages, Many Cables Coming
Summary: Another milestone (14,000 blog posts) for the site and great things ahead
TECHRIGHTS recently started covering Cablegate cables. These assure that we will have some interesting stories for months or years to come. We are trying to get the truth out there. That’s why Boycott Novell and Techrights have posted 14,000 blog posts by now (excluding much more in wiki, IRC, and audio). Not enough people paid attention to the elephant in the room and PR agents tended to manage to spin stories. We needed to counter this and sometimes we succeeded. Boycott Novell, for example, has outlived its purpose.
According to Osama K. from TinyOgg, “‘Linux’ is mentioned 40 times in Wikileaks’ Cablegate.” We are going to cover those. The fight for freedom never ends. █

We would need help checking those. The plan is to republish relevant cables along with commentary explaining what they mean, adding some background information.
