Summary: Nokia-fed (and Microsoft-fed) patent trolls are attacking Android, striving to make it expensive

TECHRIGHTS covered Vringo in several posts earlier this year. Well, as we showed when we covered MOSAID, Nokia had been detaching from itself any FOSS- or Linux-related efforts (including staff) and passing its patents to Android-hostile entities. Microsoft openly admitted playing a role in a transfer of Android-hostile patents to the patent trolls, so there is no theory there, it really is a conspiracy. And watch the latest news.

Boycott Nokia. Tell others to boycott Nokia. After hiring several executives from Microsoft we clearly deal with a coup d’état and having just consulted fellow Techrights member, chances of Nokia redeeming itself are too slim to consider at this stage. █
